A little bit about me...
I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2001, specializing in buyers, listings, and new construction. Before diving into real estate full-time, I spent 30 years as a Captain, Firefighter, and Paramedic, serving local fire and ambulance departments. In that role, I often met people on some of the hardest days of their lives. Now, I have the privilege of guiding my clients through one of their biggest life decisions—buying or selling a home—and making it a positive, memorable experience instead of a stressful one.
My goal is to keep the process personal, smooth, and enjoyable, ensuring that my clients feel confident every step of the way. I believe in honest communication, strong relationships, and going above and beyond to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.
I have lived in Smithville my entire life and have been married to my wife, Joy (Sissy), for 35 years. We have three wonderful children—Megan, Karissa, and Mason—as well as three grandchildren, Izabella, Blaine, and Kailynn. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and being outdoors, whether it's hunting, fishing, or golfing.
Working with the Eric Craig Team has been a true blessing—it’s more than just a workplace, it’s a family. We support one another, solve problems together, and ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, even when life’s commitments take us away.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or building, I am committed to doing everything in my power to make your real estate journey a smooth, successful, and positive experience. I’d love the opportunity to help you!
