With over 12 years of experience in real estate, Craig Vellar specializes in new construction and the building process. His expertise goes beyond finishes, with a strong understanding of home systems like plumbing, electrical, and roofing, as well as the ability to evaluate floorplans for accuracy and functionality.

Craig has been involved in more than 200 transactions throughout his career, including extensive work in new construction communities. He holds both the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations, allowing him to confidently serve a wide range of clients.

Known for being detail oriented and straightforward, Craig is committed to honest communication and helping clients navigate complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

Before real estate, Craig worked in a management role with QuikTrip, where he developed strong leadership, customer service, and problem solving skills.

Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and working on home projects. As a father of four, Craig values family deeply and brings patience and perspective into every client relationship.
