Cathy Montgomery, a Kansas City native, graduated from Missouri State with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Her creativity and design background drove her into real estate, where she has been licensed since June 2021. Cathy was an owner and manager of rental properties for over 10 years, and she brings passion and drive to helping others. Whether a friend needs a shoulder to lean on or an ear to speak with, Cathy is always there. She also has 10 years of outside sales experience within the building products industry, and cultivating strong relationships in the business community has led her to many lifelong friends—she’s never met a stranger! Cathy enjoys volunteering with various organizations, including serving as chairman of a Homeowner’s Association and participating in school and church committees. She values collaboration with her team and is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients. Serving the community she loves is dear to her heart, and she looks forward to guiding others through one of the biggest investments of their lives—the purchase of a home. Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad, their children Bronson, Nico, and Angelina, and their dog, Cash.
