Before real estate, Bailey owned and operated an in-home daycare, where she developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills that continue to benefit her clients today.

When she is not helping clients, Bailey enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, riding four-wheelers, and being outdoors. She is a proud mom to her son, a bonus mom to her daughter, and shares a home full of love and laughter with her spouse, Travis.
